Whether you’re a beginner or an expert, everyone is welcomed! Our classes will focus on alignment and stretching, with special attention to energizing and bringing peace to ourselves while self-isolating. The classes will provide a space for our community to check in with each other, so after the practice, there will be time for you to chat with others if you want.  

We ask that you respect everyone’s privacy and that no one record or take screenshots of anyone. Clothing is optional. Wear whatever is comfortable or nothing at all, but remember we can't police anyone to NOT take videos or screenshots.
